The management of Hotel Beethoven will be extremely grateful for your cooperation in adhering to these regulations, which aim to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests during their stay.
The hotel guest is required to present an identification document to the Receptionist before checking in. If refused, the receptionist is obligated to refuse the issuance of the room key/card.
Rooms at the hotel are rented on a per-night basis.
The hotel stay begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.
If the guest does not specify the duration of stay when renting the room, it will be assumed that the room is rented for one night.
The guest should request an extension of their stay beyond the original period at the reception by 9:00 AM on the day the room rental period expires.
The hotel will accommodate requests for an extended stay to the best of its ability.
The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. If there are any complaints regarding the quality of services, we kindly ask you to report them to the reception as soon as possible, so that we can respond immediately.
The hotel is obligated to ensure:
• Conditions for complete and undisturbed relaxation for the guest; • The safety of the guest's stay, including the confidentiality of guest information; • Professional and courteous service; • Cleaning of the room and necessary repairs during the guest's absence; if the guest is present, only after their consent and request; • As far as possible, provide another room or alleviate inconveniences if defects in the room cannot be fixed.
Upon request, the hotel offers the following services free of charge:
• Providing information related to the stay and travel; • Wake-up call at the designated time; • Storing money and valuables during the guest's stay; • Storing luggage for registered hotel guests.
The hotel is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by the guest in accordance with Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The guest should notify the reception immediately upon discovering any damage.
The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception for safekeeping.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of the guest's car or other vehicles.
The hotel guest is financially liable for any damages or destruction of hotel property or technical equipment caused by their fault or the fault of any visitors.
Each time the guest leaves their room, they should check that the door is properly locked and leave the key at the reception. For safety reasons, if the key is lost, the guest should immediately inform the reception. The charge for lost or damaged keys or keychains is 100 PLN.
The hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid has not expired.
Persons who are not registered at the hotel may stay in the guest's room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If an unregistered person stays in the guest's room after 10:00 PM, this will be considered the guest's consent for a paid accommodation of that person in their room, based on the full room rate in effect on the day of the accommodation.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the hotel.
For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other similar devices not provided as room equipment is prohibited.
For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to park LPG-powered vehicles in the underground garage.
The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous or current stay, has grossly violated the hotel regulations, causing damage to hotel property, guest property, or injury to guests, hotel staff, or other persons, or otherwise disturbing the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the hotel.
Personal belongings left by a departing guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address specified by the guest. If no such instruction is received, the hotel will keep these items for 3 months. After this period, the items will be donated to charity or used for public purposes.
