The apartment consists of three functional rooms: a bedroom, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Sliding doors between the bedroom and the living room allow you to create one open space or two separate zones – depending on the guests' needs. An additional advantage is a private terrace with a seating set – ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The apartment includes: a double bed or two single beds, two comfortable sofas with a sleeping function, a kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, mini cooker, coffee machine), a flat-screen TV, access to fast wireless Wi-Fi, and a complimentary bottle of mineral water.
